You will need it when filling out the order form.**
It is your responsibility to provide us with a photo release form for all PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS (includes Sears, JCPenney, Target, etc). Most photographers will supply this form upon request. Please click on the button to the left if you need to print a photo release form. You must have Acrobat Reader in your computer to print it.
We cannot process your order without this form signed by the photographer. You can fax, email or mail it to us.
You can choose from any of the categories to the left. There you will find a large selection of candy wrapper styles for any occasion.

Candy bars cannot be shipped during the months of April thru September. We no longer carry coolers and the chocolate will melt during transit.
You are welcome to order the wrappers only. We would supply you with very easy instructions and a glue stick. You would need to purchase the Hershey plain 1.55 oz chocolate bars and wrap them yourself. Please see our pricelist page for all of our prices.
US Priority shipping is $7.00 regardless of the quantity ordered (shipped to the continental US only).
